If I want that stuff I will eat it.

But I don`t make it a priority.

Take a look at my diet on the Y board under Adonis Principle...You will get the idea.
Then if you follow me.you can be way bigger than now.

Exactly what I am trying to do.  You don`t have to eat a chicken breast every meal.  You can eat cake if you want.

There is no such thing as a bad food.

Its all a lie and if you stop letting the lies,falsehoods and myhts cloud your thought processes you will see the truth.

A chicken breast is not going to ensure muscle growth any faster than a McDonalds Big Mac.  I would rather have the Big Mac for taste,and the different Nutrients hahaha and the LOWER Cholesterol hahhahahah
