TA, if you really did drop that weight using the diet you've been talking about I'm all ears. I'm looking to drop some fat. Question is, were you still able to build muscle on this diet or is this diet all about cutting? I can't see where you're getting the protein or aminos to build anything eating sweets. Let us know, bro. Also, you still going heavy on poundages or did you lighten up for more reps?
