The fact is you guys where banking on Cutler getting fucked to make the pdi look like the place to be over the Ifbb. jay shows up looking crazy gets a fairly judged show and you guys feel screwed because it breaths new life into the ifbb.

I hope the pdi succeeds. I am rooting for it. But do not taint Cutler win with shit for your own gains.

You can find plenty of things the ifbb does without claiming a deserved win by cutler was a fix due to the ifbb being scared of the pdi.

It could be cool someday to see the best from the pdi battle the best from the ifbb. I wish you guys success. I just do not agree with the theory you present.

Yeah..Jay has how many homes ..hummers, mercedes, bmws ,jaguars, at various times, travels the world, has an awesome wife, and is financially set for life after bb'ing.....and you guys bust his balls for not biting the hand that feeds him? Guys the first pdi show was cool. But if you think the IFBB is scared enough of that federation to alter the MR O you are in lala land. Jay won. Many top pros and people in the industry had him in first the whole time. Stop acting like this is some kind of big bullshit fix like when franco won.

I hope the PDI succeeds too. From what I've seen, Jay won last night. No question. And Jay is intelligent and probably wanted to capitalize on the IFBB/PDI thing to show his loyalty and the fact that he pays attention to whats going on in the industry. Every time I've corresponded with Ronnie about anything other than lifting heavy weights and eating grits he's shown complete ignorance. Nothing against the guy, he's a great bodybulder and from what I've heard a really great guy, but he is not smart or well spoken. Hell, even BSN has said that he can't speak worth a damn, and he's their spokesman. And when you think about it, the more the IFBB goes on the defensive against the PDI, the more competition there is and the more both of them get talked about. If the IFBB didn't say shit about the PDI it would not be as controversial and talked about as it is now. Everyone who defends the PDI says competition is good for business. I agree. And the IFBB is doing everythng they can to create that competition. I don't know whether it's intentional or not, but it is working, everyone's talking about it.

Hey whether Jay won or not the scenario of what I said is not beyond what the IFBB would do.  That is a fact.  I just find it humorus that in the other years that people thought Jay won Ronnie won.  And now the PDI is off the ground and so many things are happening and the fact that some IFBB pros are and will consider coming over to the PDI that this happens.  I mean I wonder how many guys are now thinkinig wowo Jay won maybe I have a chance now at the Olympia and hang in there for another year to try next year.  I have a feeling that many different IFBB pros are going to start winning some money just so they stay in the IFBB.

You would have used it as an opportunity to bash the ifbb for unfair judging and promoted the pdi. Used it as evidence that pros should jump ship to a fair origination.

I hope the pdi succeeds but you guys need to stop using the ifbb as an example of why pros should join. They know the deal.

why is there no theory that the ifbb is scared of the pdi so they judged a show fair for once in there life. It is automatically a fake set up. I would be willing to bet this is 100 percent speculation and you have no proof.

If the PDI hadn't touched a nerve in the IFBB, nobody would have been banned from competing in its shows, no press cards would have been pulled, & nothing would have been said about it (indirectly) at the finals.  That it has gotten this reaction suggests its importance & potential value in pro bodybuilding.

This is true.   I was with Sergio Oliva for about 5 hours sitting him at the ASC in 2003 and people would look over and I could read their lips.  Half of them were saying "who is that" to their friends.  then they would look down on the table and see all hisposters and finally realize it was Sergio.  Then they would go crazy and come over and talk to him. It's too bad that the IFBB doesn't take care of the guys who made them.  I mean they should give veterens some kind of pension plan or medical benefits when they retire.  Especially at least the Mr. Olympias.  They should have medical paid for their rest of their lives and a pension.  I mean they have made BB and the IFBB.  Every BB should treat BB as a business.  That is a great thing.  WHich means they should be able to go after any means to make money.  That is why the IFBB rule of banning is bullshit.  These guys risks their lives for nothing.  At least let them make some money along the way.

I support the right of the PDI to exist and I also feel Ronnie was off and, going by the criteria the IFBB uses, that Jay should have won.

That said, I'd be happier with a Dexter or Victor win and I hope Ronnie either 1) comes back to win next year, proving he was just off--although the lat and tricep tear and the years of drug abuse to the point where your body just stops responding like it once did speak against this, or...

2) Ronnie retires now and doesn't return like Samir and others to get owned year after year.

As far as Victor being next Mr. O... he's got to show us more than he can get in shape once every three years before he gets the nod.

Hey Lee, hope you enjoyed the Olympia.  I'm glad Jay said that because quite frankly the PDI is nothing more than a bunch of smoke and mirrors which people that have as much right to being called Pro Bodybuilders as I do.

FYI:  There were more people standing in line to see Ronnie Coleman then there were at the NOC, comp tickets included.  Who's ship is sinking?
