North Korea has an internal satanic cult going on which, with a little persuation can be controlled. It has little support from the general population outside North Korea, and barely has enough infrastructure to sustain itself in it's current communist form.

Iran however, is a country following a similar satanic cult, but with many more followers and more international support.
