I’ve tried all different training splits but what’s your favourite is what you’ll stick with.   I’ve been training without a break for over 30 plus years.  My go to split is 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off.  Chest day 1 back day 2 rest day 3 shoulders day 4 arms day 5 legs day 6 rest day 7.   I always have a rest day after back and legs no matter how I organize my split.

Tired of putting my training off....it`s been too long but my rib and neck are still in a lot of pain.

If I cough or laugh,my body feels like a paper bag full of broken glass.

Oh well,I`ll just eat good and live to fight another day cuz broken ribs are painful as all Hell.

Yup - I abuse the shit out of the equipment.  They have top of the line everything.   Everything is top tier equipment.  The best air bikes, the best air runners, the best treadmills, the best rowers and ski mills, etc.  For someone who lives this like we do, its well worth it.
