Midway I had to take a huge crap. Spoilt the tempo of my workout but I was touching cloth.

He doesn`t truly know what training in a strict manner is,or he`s just a kunt who luckily found out that he`s halfways decent at this wall curling bullshit and calls these curls strict, and revels with glee at something he may win at simply because there is nobody who cares enough about the activity to practice it, so there is better odds of winning when you are the only contestant.

I hope he tears a bicep and learns a lesson actually.  :D

Quick shoulder blast this AM.

Smith-BNP - 6 x 6
Arnold Press - 4 x 8-10
Rear Delt Raise - 4 x 8-10
Side Laterals - 4 x 8-10

Had to come into the office today to fix / install something.
(New pair of Palo-Alto firewalls).
1st time here in 6 months. Almost got lost  ::)

Low incline barbell press 1x6, 1x10
Barbell row 1x12, 1x13
Pin press (pins a few inches from chest) 1x7, 1x10
Single arm pulldown 1x5, 1x12
Ez bar front raise 2x11
Barbell shrug 1x12, 1x15
Ez bar reverse curl 1x8

Been training back at home on the basics a month and feel have gained more in the prior 6 months before at the gym. Back width is almost back only smoother and fatter than it was haha it’s much easier keeping the fat off with testosterone in the system.

On the weekends I like to mix it up and do different stuff.   Especially try to train outside.
