6 sets leg extensions at home instead of taking a rest day I am doubling up pver the weekend so not heavy strenuous workouts but 2nd day of legs this week no I can not add size in 3 weeks yes I can bring out the cuts

You just do 6 sets of an exercise and that is the entire workout?

I re-joined the University gym (not the one that requires its members to get a Covid vaccine shot in order to workout...assholes)....did a low volume leg day since i haven`t had access to any leg machines in 8-9 months...... or whatever.

I can barely walk,but it feels great!!


Quads,Hamstrings,Calves:

Leg Press - 3 sets - high reps
Leg Extensions - 3 sets
Seated Leg Curls - 3 sets
Leg Press Calf Extensions - 4 sets

I don't want to shit on anyone's workouts since it is the serious thread, but I can't imagine that would be enough volume to generate any growth response. Is it six sets of 50 reps or six sets of running down the stack or something?

There is no growth - thats why he looks worse today than he did last year.

I went to the doc today and blood pressure looked good. I haven’t lifted a weight in a month but did cardio every night.Riding that airdyne every night while watching the Jeffersons.That George is one funny little bastard but I am ready to get back in the gym.Longest I have ever gone without lifting but blood pressure looks good so fuck it. I will be hitting it tomorrow while still continuing cardio as best I can.Several of you sent your best wishes and thank you to all of you I truly appreciate it.

I was being real calm with my eyes closed and I peaked over and it was 140/80 and I yelled “Yeah suck it high blood pressure!” Poor kid jumped like she was shot. I told hey I am sorry I was expecting bad news She forgave me

Glad to hear it cook. I’m on 4-5 days off lifting right now and my blood pressure is much better when I’m not lifting that’s for sure. But 140/80 is good so get back to it.
