I re-joined the University gym (not the one that requires its members to get a Covid vaccine shot in order to workout...assholes)....did a low volume leg day since i haven`t had access to any leg machines in 8-9 months...... or whatever.
I can barely walk,but it feels great!!
Quads,Hamstrings,Calves:
Leg Press - 3 sets - high reps
Leg Extensions - 3 sets
Seated Leg Curls - 3 sets
Leg Press Calf Extensions - 4 sets
