My form on barbell snatch sucks,. 

On DB snatches im good

I was referring to just the row / ASSAULT BIKE (trigger warning) part.

There are guys putting up scores of 280+....I only managed 222.  I would imagine they are selling out on the rower in the first round.

Back + Traps:

V-Bar Lat Pulldowns - 4 sets
Seated Cable Rows - 4 sets
Straight-Arm Pulldowns - 4 sets

Dumbell Shrugs - 3 sets

Short and sweet....lower back is still out of alignment so no rows....good weight,good pump,done in 40 minutes or so.

Rear delt machine fly 1x12, 1x12,5,4 (2x drop plus partials)

Dumbbell lateral raise (stop about 10 inches from thigh to keep tension on delts) 1x17, 1x17,5,6 (as above 2x drop + partials)

60 degree smith incline 1x6, 1x11 (don’t like smith don’t know why tried it back to barbell next week)

Cable lateral raise 1x12,5,4

Horizontal hammer strength chest press 1x15

Cable curl 1x12,6,5 (rest pause set)

Machine preachers 1 arm at time 2x10

Dumbbell hammer curl 1x15

SC...try that conditioning piece....2nd round is all about how much you can suffer

bro - suffering is growth.   I have a few guys in my BJJ crew doing first GR events in July with me.   They will be fine,  its just a different type of suffering.  Longer, more painful, but more worth it.  This one is for Red Wings up in the mountains in July.  The cadre assigned to the event is one of the damn best.   Would go to hell and back with this guy.
