Dumbbell lateral raise (stop about 10 inches from thigh to keep tension on delts) 1x17, 1x17,5,6 (as above 2x drop + partials)
60 degree smith incline 1x6, 1x11 (don’t like smith don’t know why tried it back to barbell next week)
Cable lateral raise 1x12,5,4
Horizontal hammer strength chest press 1x15
Cable curl 1x12,6,5 (rest pause set)
Machine preachers 1 arm at time 2x10
Dumbbell hammer curl 1x15
