Each year Americans drink 15 billion gallons of carbonated drinks.

That's rougly 50 gallons per person.

That's rougly 500 cans per person.

That's rougly 70,000 calories.

That's rougly a 20 lb gain a year.  per person.

Because peoples are lazy, someone said to me one day ''how many hours of tv are they watching?, can't you take one hour and a half and train'', most of them will never do it, why, too hard , too complicated, i don't like to do that, on and on.....

fast food and tv, that's the key, then 10 years later they wake up........  but it's gonna be harder to lose that extra fat and they will probably quite after 3 months.

you can REALLY notice the difference if you go to europe...even in a place with lots of heavy foods like italy id say less than10% of the pop is fat.

id say as much as 40% of the women have nice legs, asses and bodies...compared to maybe 10% of american women. everywhere you see people walking around, being outside and actually using their bodies and enjoying real life.

americans tend to spend less than 10 minutes a day actually outside...just sit in front of a screen and drink sodas all day.

In the US fast food is cheap, readily available, the saves the hard working person allot of time. I'm an American living in Norway, the first thing I noticed about these social-capitalist style European countries is how they work a very strict 8-4 or 9-5 day, and many don't have the rediculous travel times we do in the states - and fast food is very expensive and not affordable for the average person to eat daily. Hell just look at the problems they had in Germany when Wal-Mart wanted folks to work longer than a 35 hour work week - in western europe people believe in going to work and getting the fuck home in time to enjoy the rest of the day!!! In the US people work very hard to make ends meet and many reward their hard days with bad foods.

How Come I eat Mcdonalds everyday just about and Burger King, Ice Cream Cookies Doughnuts and spend a lot of time watching Tv,Reading and on the computer and do NO cardio, yet manage to stay in single digit bodyfat?

Don't forget the beer and wine sections in most supermarkets are just as big or bigger than the soda section.  And alcohol in my opinion puts on the pounds quicker than soda.  At least some soda has caffeine in it to boost your metabolism some.
