need help with t3 clen and eca
« on: February 14, 2009, 08:40:31 AM »
I have been on a cycle of clen for a couple weeks now...i have only enough for about a 5 or 6 week cycle.  I have been taking benedryl to help prolong the great effects of the clen.  i am about done with it now, about a week left.  I now just ran into some T3 cytomel.  I know having them together would have been the best but now I am wondering what to do.  I have an ECA stack as well I have been waiting to take.  When the clen is done should I march right into my T3 cycle(now I only have enough for 4 weeks) and should I stack it with ECA? I heard this works great?  I also heard that ECA effects the same reciptors as the clen does?  How should I go about taking the gear that I have?  I also have heard that I should not keep taking the ECA once the T3 is done.  What can I do with this great stuff I have?

I would alternate between ECA and Clen......when you cycle off the Clen, start back on ECA and vice versa.

Adding T3 to the mix is optional but you'd better be taking in enough calories or you'll run the risk of catabolism.

And how many calories is that?  (calories / lb bodyweight)?

When cycling clen 2on 2off you can not take Ephedrine during the off cycle because it hits the same receptors as clen (beta2) as well as surround recptors. If you want you can run clen along side of ketotifen and you can stay on for around 8 wks  without cycling off. When dosing ketotifen run 1mg keto for every 100mcg clen. After 10 days on clen start the keto and take right before bed as it can make one sleepy. I have not seen any studies showing Benedryl having any effect on beta 2 receptor upregulation.

it works the same exact way

Benadryl is sold as an anti-histimine in the United States, and/or a sleep aid elsewhere in the world. However, Beta receptors are embedded in the cell's outer phospholipid membrane. The stability of the membrane has a lot to do with the proper function of the receptors. Methylation of the phospholipids is stimulated by the binding of beta agonists to their receptors. Methylated phospholipids are foreign to the body, and when the body recognizes them as foreign, it breaks them down with phospholipase A2. This changes the structure of the outer membrane which results in desensitizaton of the beta receptors. On the other hand, agents that inhibit phospholipase A2 slow desensitization.

Cationic ampiphylic drugs are known for their ability to inhibit phospholipase A2. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is a cationic ampiphylic drug.

Ergo, Benadryl slows desensitization of Beta receptors (i.e. Upgrades them) by inhibiting phospholipase A2, which is the enzyme that breaks down methylated phospholipids, and this action in turn keeps the phospholipid membrane stable, and thus keeps the receptors functioning properly.

I'm gonna throw in some past threads on the subject, not for getripped4413 because as usual, he's a newb who asks a question but doesn't return to receive an answer or participate,  ::) but for others who might be reading this thread.

saying ketotifen works but benadryl doesnt  , to me, with what limited knowledge i have on the subject, sounds like a contradiction.

they both work the same way as far as i know.

did you read the explanation i posted ?

you said in that first thread that you agreed that bendryl does exactly what the little thing i posted said it does....   however you make a quick little point " ketotifen does so much more"... well, what else does it do? proof?

its not as much an issue of calories as it is an issue of protein intake. and as long as your on a cycle you should be okay with a moderate protien intake (1.5g per lb or so)

I have no idea what bodtype you are to even guage something like that.

You need a nutritionist, not advice on a Steroid forum.

That or you need to experiment and see what works.
