28.  three years training .  Around 225, not in the greatest shape .  Just looking for some motivation, something to shoot for in the next year or so. Something realistic.

ok what are your lifts now, if u want something to shoot for and your 1repmax on flatbench is 200, 495 is kinda unrealistic...

Bench 305
            Military 180 for about 7
Squat 335 for 10 ( close to parallel, need to work on my form )
               Deadlift 405.  Really tough .

Except for the military presses, them are some pretty big lifts for a natural.  :-\

I thought he said 200# X 6 reps for military presses.  Bodyweight which seems like a good lift.

there are no pros who can even bench twice their bodyweight for 6 reps.

other than that the other numbers seem achievable.

Those lifts would be VERY respectable for anyone, natural or not.  I work with some football players, college and high school, that are 210-255 and very natural.  Of course they aren't very lean or muscular on a bodybuilding level, but they're ball players.  No way any of them could do 2 times b/w for 6 good reps...that would be 420-510...Also the military numbers are way off as well.  To legit military b/w for 6 (for a big guy, not a 160 pound gymnast) is very impressive.
