In that picture there isn't a chance in hell he weighs 235 lbs. I'd say more like 190-200 lbs.

Any chance he wasn't referring to that picture and was saying that's what he weighs now when he's not in contest condition?

If he's of average height, he looks 180ish. 207 is far bigger, and would have been a very heavy competition weight up until a few years ago.

Heck, Mentzer and most others competed in that range late 70's-early 80's.
