Darth,

should require a clock visible at all time during the clip. The Shitstain will loop the video...

oh also, just on a wink... you go to musclememory.com, enter Adam Abeles and you find shit... (online muscle board contests don't count)

you enter a certain someone and you get quite a record.. .

it's a rule of math. debussy * n  = debussey. thus, debussy + debussy = debussey * 2 = debussey.

Just do the fucking lift as many times as you can and post it. You'll be a legend until someone (even TA) can beat it.

225x113 isn't out of the realm of possibility. I saw a video on Jesse Marunde's website of some guy doing squatting 225 for 98 reps. Most people are stronger on the deadlift, so 100+ reps is definitely possible.
hahahahahahahahahahahaha

Yeah, but it's like I was saying- one rep strength may work a against endurance on the deadlift. More muscles used means get tired more quickly.

Instead of starting a thread talking about beating someone up and going to jail, here's another way to shut TA up:  somebody, myself included, do this and post it.  What are the rules...ie. off the floor, straps or no straps, lean back at the top, take small breaks or try to pull all 113 with out stopping?  Let's get it in writing and see who can do it first.

Straps can be used.

the way adonis said it was like this:

you get straps, because there's no way to hold the bar for that many reps even with chalk because you'll start to sweat so much it'll fall out of your hands. secondly, you don't touch the floor. how far down you go was left ambiguous, but i think we can say at least within a few inches. thirdly, you can pause at the TOP of the reps for as long as you'd like. you can stand there huffing and panting and getting your air back if you'd like.

honestly i'm interested in trying this myself. if i get past 40 i'd be impressed, but i'm curious as to how many i'm capable of.

The floor is to be touched.

I seem to be pretty elite at this exercise, seeing as most of you struggle at 15-20.

i think thats probably impossible. Just to hold 225 for more than 100 reps might be impossible, just with the help of straps
And even more than the muscular endurance, the cardiovascular endurance i think have to be BIG!!! i think my heard would jump of my mouth with like 40 or 50 reps with half of that weight (if i can do that) imagine 225 for 100 reps...

sorry, but i think that unless someone trains specifically for that feature, is impossible to do that, even if you do like 800 for reps like Ronnie of Johnnie

monster obsession with people on the internet  ::)

this coming from a guy who sits in front of his computer all day just waiting for someone to say something bad about his hero.  I can see you just sitting there and hitting the refresh buttton on everythread so you can be the first guy to defend adam...if in fact you're not adam which seems to be what everybody thinks.  If you're not you need to go see a doctor cause you're a first class, grade A ball licker if I've ever seen one.

it's almost time for you to go get adams slippers and morning paper and wake him up by nuzzling him with your nose you fucking lapdog!!  Now get to work or he's gonna spank your nose again.

225lbs x 113: hard manual labour...go and work in a factory instead.

I worked in a factory as a die repairman at a high speed stamping facility for 9 years, one of the hardest jobs you can probably have.  We had to get a million parts stamped out an hour so if something went down I had to bust my balls to get that die running again.  Think about steel .100 of an inch thick being stamped at 350+ strokes a minute in a 350 ton minster press...now multiply that by 12 presses and that's the place I worked in.  Then when I finally got my degree and asked to be moved to a better place they put me on a machine where I would stack plastic boxes for 8 hours....you had to stack 20,000lbs in 8 hours...no lunch, no breaks..you got 20 minutes to eat and you could go to the bathroom but that was it, finally I got out of there and have been engineering for almsot 4 years now..my back and wrists are still fucked up.
