Well - on his NEXT SET - he actually didn't even USE any weight - as he litterally speaking COULD NOT RAISE HIS ARMS even though he was holding - NOTHING!

There are some guys on getbig.com that always comment about "light weight" that either myself or some of my athletes are using...so this is kind of "the extreme"...
Joel who can lift me above his head could not lift his own arms...Now - why would that happen?
