Wortheless.

The whole point of a DB Row is to contract and pull with the lat, not swing the DB up and call it a row as I suspect this person is doing.

I'd love to see someone row this on a flat bench, contract the lat, and hold the DB at the top of the rep.

Just for the record, my Nebula leg press holds 2500 pounds..  I'm sure that's more than needed, but it's there just in case a half rep cheater walks in here..

ive spotted that crzy essai on the 375 flat press, he was around 181 or so.
