Monday will be the beginning of my fourth week on the diet. I am actually stronger in the gym than I ever have been (which is unbelievably suprising). Only thing is I look super flat at time

which isnt the greatest look.
But my abs are starting to come through, and my waist has gone down damn near an inch, I think it was bloat from all the water I was retaining eating all the carbs that I did before.
I'm down about 5lbs in 3 weeks, but I believe some of that is the initial water weight that I lost. Im going to do it for 8 weeks see where I'm at then continue is my abs arent deeply etched! The only reason I will go for only 8 weeks is I know that a super low carb diet can reak havoc on your endocrine system.
The cool thing is im not counting calories, just making sure I get my six meals in, which isnt tough because U can mix them up however u want which makes it fun.
Alex are u still low carbing it???
