i agree that it is average especially for me since squatting has always come easy, i'm just waiting to see if the skinny child molestor "Old Rooster" has any balls or is the little chickenshit that i believe he is.
You look like a big dude. I would think squatting that much weight should be cake. People just scream bullshit to cover their own insecurities and e-stroke that fucking ego. I get why people crack on you but for a squat any everyday gym goer can achieve? Talk about choosing their battles. ...on a side note if you're still squatting. Talk to TheHeckler. Dude has given me some solid squatting advice and helping me push it towards my goal of 500 on the squat. Unless you've got enough bullets in your gun as is.

like i said squatting and deadlifting have always come fairly easy for me i'm still a little over 500 for 4 since losing weight on my squat and over 500 for a single on deads, now if he can help me improve my bench i'd be happy.

no no..i hve been doin them for like 2 months now...but i would only stop at like 315 for 4 sets of 8...but then i just stayed there.. but 2 weeks ago i had a new training partner.. and he was callin me all kinds of weak and stuff...so we progressed up to 5 plates...he did like 4 reps...and i did one...
I'm seriously ashamed to call myself a member of getbig if 500lb squats and deads are considered strong.
