how does my diet advocate muscle loss? oatmeal every morning, supplementing with fish oil, protein and veggies every 2 and a hafl hours, plus waxy/whey post training..?? that seems like complete prevention of muscle loss to me.
..and in that picture i had been on less than 100 grams of carbs a day for over a month..and before that i had only gone a week or two on higher carbs(about 200 grams max per day)... i am EXTREMELY flat in that picture, and it was a few weeks ago; when i first made the transition to h.i.t. training. i have made some pretty wicked improvements in both leaness and musclesize very rapidly inn the last month.
