I think that this guy should change his eating style to a normal weightlifter diet but why all the hate, im sure a lot of people on here eat the wrong way too...just reverse, this guy eats way too bb hardcore and most of us eat way too much crap.

Maybe he is a little delusional but, if this method of eating is indeed the only thing that works for him then more power to him. He should give eating like a normal person a try and see that he'll probrably look about the same and be happier with more time to be productive. Having said that I feel if this is what you have to do to just look like you lift then maybe you should just pick up tennis as a hobby :-\

250 from whey post workout, did you mean for the whole day after the workout counting real food or 250g's of whey shakes right after?
its tought for me to eat solid food post workout i dont have much of an appetite due to other factors.. so i get al those carbs and proteins from malto/whey shakes... it all gets utilized its not overkill...my body is just operating on a different level thas the natural body operates on... anybody who is serious about changing their body will know what i mean just by looking at the carb/protein levels post workout..  ;)

hahahaha, this guy sounds incredible, 250 grams of whey protein post workout, huge amounts of fast food and doesn't gain any bodyfat, claims he's on huge amounts of roids, he must be huge and ripped.

I am 230lbs with a fast metabolism. On a day i eat well i might hit 4k to 4.5k and that is only if i am up from 7am to 1am the following day.

ays i get up late i be lucky to eat 3.5k

Friday night me and my girl went to a friends going away party at Dave and Busters.  I got wasted, and on the way home had to have a XXL t.v. dinner from the superwalmart(chicken strips and cheese fries 980calories).  My girl wasn't feeling that so we stopped by Quick Trip where she got a double cheeseburger and we got a bag of salt n vinager chips and a donut apiece.

My girl ate only have her burger and half her donut, so I ate all my food, finished the chips, and finished her food too.  Must of been close to 3000 calories.  Felt like I was about to explode, too full to even have drunken sex.

you are clearly on gear to consume that amount of pro and carbs. as without you would get fat very quickly, and be constipated badly.

however for all the haters, i consume around 200 g of protein in the 1-2 hour window folowing a w/o - 100g of whey/cas shake immediatly after workout then 20 mins cardio, then cook and eat a solid food meal. containing arounr 100g carbs and 100g pro.

i also drink a choc milk immediately pre workout.

i also take 10mg of dbol 30 mins before the workout.

i had an avatar of my semi-large (by modern day standards) self not a while ago.. i dunno i kind of put it up there to tease the likes of you internet bullies but nobody seemed to save it.. pity.. cos another isn't going up.. lets just say my shoulders are broader than my waist? can you stake that claim sir?

fuck off you are.. otherwise you have one solid 5head possibly going on 6head there, the day i post a picture is when you do, with a camera that has more than 2 megapixels and where you aren't hidden behind twenty different veils, black out your face and whatnot nobody cares about that but come on man i drew some pictures in preschool with better clarity
