but felt very embarrassed watching the O this year.  wife walked in when Kai was posing, and he was patting his own ass, then started pulling his thong up his ass crack.

my wife said what the hell is this?  i felt like i was caught watching gay porn or some shit.  and i find myself defending myself, saying this was the most prestigious bodybuilding event in the world!

I really enjoyed watching this years Mr Olympia. It was the best one in a long time and the quality of competition was on par with that of the mid-90s. The lighting was great too.

Yes the lighting actually made the guys looks properly good. Reminded me of Iron Man lighting, but on a bigger stage.

Also I thought Kai looked great, although his condition wasn;t quite on the money like he was in Autralia or ASC he seemd to heap size onto his chest and shoulders, which needed it a little with his wheels. His back is head and shoulders above the rest. Look at the back double-bi, he makes Jay look like he's never trained his back. Of all the "it's only a matter of time" guys on that stage he is my current fav I have to say.

Then, assuming there is even a sliver of truth to this story...she see's Kai, in the exact 3 seconds that he's doing his headstand thing, and hasn't a clue whats going on, what youre watching, or if she should call protective services on you...she's a complete dingbat standing there saying "Oh, my God...what are you watching?...ewww, whats going on? where am I..."

she knows all about BB.  she orders me magazines, and we used to go to the Arnold classic together 2002-2005.  she knows a thing or two, even knew all the competitors.  thats not the issue.

but yeah, she sat down the minute Kai started!  no lie.  why would I lie about that?  she finished watching a show in the other room, and came out to see what i was doing the same damn min Kai went on.  then she came back in when toney freeman, and his tiny ass thong was parading around the stage.  I know these were two extremes, but it just so happened she only came in "to check on me," when those two guys were on.  I knew it was some damn bad luck.

I watched the O with my girlfriend and another couple. Our friends had never watched bodybuilding before and they enjoyed it. But, we all laughed and no one enjoyed the ass touching and gay dancing in Melvin's, Kai's, or Toney's routines. For aspiring bodybuilders this is a little embarrassing to watch or show to other people. I must ask the question why is it included in so many routines now? Homosexual judging? It seems to have nothing to do with the sport and is a step in the wrong direction if bodybuilding wants to become more mainstream.
