I dont buy them I make them myself.Wash and peel a few potatoes,dont peel if you dont want to.....your choice.....cut them in half then cut the halves into french fry shapes....spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray,arrange potatoes evenly,spray tops of potatoes,and bake.....flip when golden brown so both sides get brown.Taste like fries but in essence it is simply a baked potato.....a good treat for when you are eating mostly a clean diet.EDIT: Misread your post.....most of the time I leave the peel on.....a potato contains more Vitamin C than an orange if you eat the peel also.Steak fries or regular shape.....they`re all going to the same place!!
Sounds really delicious even though I just finished a large order of fries from Burgerville which were only lukewarm by the time I got home. One my my late wife's and my favorite snacks was to order fries at Shari's restaurant with a side of blue cheese dressing....absolutely fabulous! Probably not the best treat for someone eating clean.

Thanks brother.....much appreciated.He thinks I`m saggy. In reality after doing no training for about 5 years,I lost a lot of size and my waist got bigger.....that`s it, as it would happen to anyone.Now I`m gaining back size,I`m getting fuller,lost 5 or more inches on my waist,and increaed my strength about 4 X since I started back and I haven`t even joined the gym yet.Facially I have always looked youger than I am and do not really look like some old fuck......well not that old. If he keeps on eating cobbler and does a 2 day prep,I`ll murder him.

I dont mind it at all.I generally train on an empty stomach,then I eat.I simply can not jump out of bed and eat.....dont know how people do it,food jut doen`t appeal to me when I just woke up gotta` have a few cup of coffee first off.
