I think I drank close to 10,000 raw egg whites in my whole life, never had a thing but if you say pasteurized means less gas its all I need to know
and why you are so agaisnt the bcaas? any objective info suggesting the stuff is bunk?
Leucine is a really good amino acid. You're on gear though man. If you were natural, I might say go for it. However, you're going to go spend money on BCAA's when you could be getting more of a benefit from whole food?
gh15 has even talked about BCAA's and Glutamine enducing gyno a bit in guys who use gear.
It's just one of those things where the advantages of them, if truly any, are not significant enough to warrant their use for what you will pay. Especially because the amount of them you will have to consume to get a decent amount of protein is ridiculous. BCAA's are another way for the supplement industry to make money. It's that simple. I know, because I work in the supplement industry lol. Taurine and Creatine act as cell volumizers, Beta-alanine builds dry lean muscle (even though not one product has truly sufficient amounts of beta alanine to induce noticeable gains), and glutamine really helps improve recovery. LOL. If you aren't paying for the stuff, then sure, why not take it? Otherwise, these are simply product pitches with some evidence behind them that point to positive gains. Remember though, if these things all acted so significantly, why would people take gear?

BCAA's are the most precious muscle building amino acids because they can complete incomplete peptide chains and help you get more out of the food you eat as well as act as a pure form of protein on their own! haha. I know all the pitches bro. I know what all of these products are supposed to do.
At the end of the day, it looks like this:
Give me caffeine and amino acids and I can make 90% of the supplements on the market. It'll cost me no more that $8 per bottle to make and I'll charge $40 for it. Even at over 50% off, I'll still double my money. Caffeine+Amino Acids+High Margins = Sports Supplement Industry.
