Probably forearms, though I do train them, but I skip them occasionally if I`m running out of time.

I train neck on the Nautilus 4-Way neck machine twice a week.

I it abs once or twice a week.

Probably so, but they are boring as hell to train. I hate training legs as well, but at least they aren't so damn boring to train.

For forearms i I do hammer curls in the biceps workout, its actually one of my favorite moves for arms, but i don't do wrist curls.

Tibia, and by extension, calves.

I had to be in a cast for 2 months after an operation and couldn't train them. They when from kinda ok to awful and didn't really come back all that decently no matter how hard I trained them.

Muscle memory my ass, these fuckers have muscle Alzheimer's........

I was going to say my heart muscle.  I never do any high intensity cardio and the last time I went for a walk with my two friends we walked up and down hills and it hurt and I hated it.  Not musclar pain either but the pain you get in your heart when you are pushing intensity. 

I agree with that too. How many lifters can't run around a block without gassing. How many bodybuilders consider slow walking on a treadmill work?

Never hit traps directly, still sore after back or shoulder workout.
And calves won't grow anyways, you either got them or not.

Calves.
I will train them tonight, but they are my worst muscle group.
I have large quads (possibly my best part), good hamstrings, and calves like Bill Grant.

Anybody can improve any bodypart including calves.

Most guys who claim they can`t build calves do a few half assed sets tacked onto their leg workout.

Tons of sets for every bodypart and 3 sets for calves.

seated calf machines don't do shit except hit your soleus, which is underneath your 2 main calf muscles that comprise the visible portion of your calf. donkey calf raises or using a leg press (calf raises) is the best method for hitting the gastrocnemius. or also synthol, lol

My calves have grown, but it stopped after some time. They are strong, high reps standing calf machine with 600 lbs no problem, but the dorks don't grow a mm..... >:(
