You said 3200 for your weight and that's doing nothing ? Plus you are are active correct? So Eugene was eating almost 2000 calories more than you just to maintain his weight?
Eugene was eating 4000 daily and did train a few hours a day, every day and was pretty active. He was under eating in comparison to his activity level hence is permanent ripped state.
I am grossly under eating as well at 2600 calories a day compared to my activity level. I burn a ton of calories in my workouts let alone all the landscaping, digging holes, crop planting and what not during the week.
I could easily eat 3500-4000 calories or more and maintain. When I work, I work hard and fast. Ever try sawing a Pecan Limb with a handsaw? You will be covered in sweat in 2 minutes and if you do that for 4 hours or so, you will have burned more than a days worth of calories in sawing alone. Way more.
