Yes tren & wonstrol will certainly make a man more healthy. 
A sensible dose of test will do way more good than harm. Doctors giving it out like candy these days. As far as running small doses of dry compounds like Winny or Tren. Yes, absolutely something that isn't to be taken lightly.
That being said...I'll be at a barbecue this weekend, surrounded by guys my age drinking 27 beers, eating giant plates full of fatty red meat , fried foods, refined sugars and carbs...then they'll sit around and not move a muscle and become even fatter, moe dusgusting blobs of shit with corn syrup in their arteries.
But I'm on death's door because i ran a little tren, and had zero complications.
