Putin outplayed Obama. Wipe his splooge out of your eyes and you might be able to see that.
How can someone be THIS stupid?
Actually Putin didn't outplay Obama, ...what he did was throw Obama a life-line.
He helped him save face by throwing him a life preserver.
No one is for this war, ...not Congress, not the American people,
...even traditional US
butt boys allies like the UK, Canada, etc, ...all are saying no.
Independent evidence is showing chemical weapons were used by Rebels, not gov't forces,
Congress has said NO, and despite all this, it appears Obama's orders remain the same.
This would put him in the very precarious position of being the first US President to disregard the only body in the USA with the legal right to declare war, and they have not done so. To go forward would put him clearly in the category of a war criminal launching an illegal war of aggression.
Putin's offer was a life-line for Obama. He may try to re-group and get the additional support he needs, but he does have a reprieve, momentarily at least.
