Wife's Legs, Questions for non-trolls
« on: April 12, 2015, 05:17:34 PM »
Wife is really lookin to get skinny legs.
She has a 6 pack and literally zero fat deposits on upper body...

Below the waste, she packs all of into thighs and ass (fat, cellulite...no muscle tone anywhere in legs). She has trained with intense hiit cardio, etc. nothing works for her.

Not sure if u guys know what im talking about, if u have seen 30 something women in tennis skirts or shorts, its like each leg is a V shape down to the ankle. No curves or definition, just smooth fat from hip to toe. No calves, just cankle-ish (not obese person style, but zero shape). Calve and quad just one continuous leg.
I wish i could find an example online but no good pic.

The only thing wife hasnt tried is real weight training like hypertrophy style routines or splits. But
, what is the answer? She eats about 1900 cals mainly clean

It's going to take lowering her estrogen to get it off with t3 and clen. The reason she hold all her fat there is because of hornones. Get her some nolvadex

Not sure but I think trying some dumbbell lunges would help.

Genetically that's where her body is storing fat. Weight training should bump her test and high reps, lower carbs should help but may also trim her upper body more.

I've given female friends workouts which I would be happy to post for you if you would like.To burn fat they have to be intense.

Concentration camp prisoners didn't have any problems with big legs. Less food more activity.

Google will help

Your wife needs to start lifting and eat less carbs, not take drugs that will fuck her up

You know which women have no estrogen ? Menopausal ones.

That's a little to extreme. Dont listen to these guy. My wife carries here weight all in her ass and legs. She was doing 80 mins of cardio on like 70 or 80 grans of carbs for 6 weeks at the end with tamoxifen citrate at 20 in the morning 20 at night I think it was.

It's extremely hard for bottom heavy women to loss weight especially if they have less then great genetics.

Also she has to start training with weights and add muscle to her legs or she will always be that soft skinny fat.

1900 cal is honest maybe great for the start of the diet to clean it up. But it cant stay there. If she's not pushing real weight and doing a good amount of cardio she will gain weight on 2000 cals or at least stay the same. It's got to come lower.  By that I mean pull the carbs  and fat lower

On a side note. Don't even think about using nolvadex until she starts getting a really training program and a on point diet down.  Anti e is the major league for women she's still pop warner

If she's unable to lose weight it's b/c 1900 kcal is too much for her.  Has nothing to do with being "bottom heavy."  Some special routine isn't going to do shit unless it's "burn more / eat less".  Thermodynamics applied to chicks with fat legs too.

Adonis will be along shortly to corroborate this.

Amazing that bodybuilders know that weight training builds the best legs on a guy yet don't think that applies to women. Have her do weight training and see what results.

I haven't met a woman yet who is truly happy with her figure.

Instead of obsessing about her legs why not appreciate how fit and healthy she is. If she looks like the woman above then she looks okay as far as most people are concerned.
