LOL. You don't know champion bodybuilders. Some were here but most have gone. Why? Well, Getbig isn't a rest home for big egos. It is rather a place where everyone can be a target...sooner or later.

It would be great to interact with all those guys. Even the current champs stay well away from Getbig. Better to be safe than sorry.

All those anonymous heroes can destroy anyone they please. Finally, the insignificant nobodies can beat the guys with the big muscles.

I have no issues with you Vince although being big, especially at your age, will not contribute to your longevity.

My theory is quite simple. Continue to stimulate hypertrophy in part of the body and that will generate hormones

that will help delay decline and atrophy. Seems to work. I keep telling myself to do more to reduce fat levels.

Not so easy because of social reasons. Also, I don't seem to need as many calories to stay the same weight.

Not that I am counting. It has surprised me how much size I retain and even gain in my arms. I wouldn't have

believed this was possible. However, how many older bodybuilders have a go at seeing how big they can get their

arms? I have refined my training so that it is very effective and efficient. Still, it is a chore to train hard enough

to even keep large muscles the same size.
