What happened to eating a balanced diet and avoiding Netflix documentaries faggotry?

In your opinion, what does a balanced diet mean?

In your opinion, what does a balanced diet mean?

For starters, not restricting a certain macronutrient/food group and blindly following the crowd. Everybody is looking for a panacea that doesn’t exist, and the opportunists like Arnold are licking their chops.

Two things here. First of all,  that's not really a definition of balanced. To have balance, you have to restrict somewhere. If  you mean not completely excluding, then that was the point of my question. What is your definition of the proper mix? What constitutes balance?

Secondly, why is experimenting with something that may be beneficial to you ==blindly following the crowd? Think about when you lift- you read about things that sound new or innovative, test them out, see what works and incorporate the useful stuff into your future workouts. We are a curious species and we're always looking for an edge. Why is experimenting with eating regimens a character flaw?

"The Brain Needs Meat: Mental Health Benefits of the Carnivore Diet"

Dr. Georgia Ede, MD, is a Harvard-trained, board-certified psychiatrist based in Northampton, Massachusetts, USA. Her interest in nutrition arose after discovering a new way of eating that reversed several bewildering health problems she had developed in her early 40′s, including fibromyalgia, migraines, chronic fatigue syndrome and IBS.

We are like bears and chimps. We can eat both meat and plants. If you try to make a cat a vegetarian and they usually die.  If you made an ox eat only meat it will die. I can have a steak and feel great the day after.

Is it really possible to wash off all those pesticides on plant based food day and day out? Conspiracy people say they want more people to switch to plant based foods as their only source of calories so they can poison them for population control...

Have you ever seen a horse eat meat? Their diet consists mostly of hay, grass, oats, fruits and vegetables. HTH

He was referring to Triple Crown winner DLB. You can’t feed a championship horse human food or it will get sick. HTH

Just finished watching this, I’d never heard of it. Anyways, I think I’m going to try it for a week and see if there’s anything to it. Just gonna go ahead and order three meals a day from Fresh and Lean.

Did anyone else think of Falcon when they talked about “heme iron”?

Amazing info debunking game changers:

Turns out with new available testing methods the USDA is now considering doubling the recommended daily protein requirements. We need more protein!

For those of you that are 40+, do you remember the old Milk campaigns back in the early 80's? "Milk, it does a body good!" Using guys like Michael Jordan with milk mustaches and what not to push the effort for people to consume more milk. Shit like that disgusted me back in the days and kept me from drinking milk for years. I found it to be a cheap attempt at brainwashing kids particularly, as they would air their propaganda in between the cartoons the kids would watch. Downright disgusting tactics. Brainwash the kids into wanting milk and it forces the parents to buy the shit. Arnold said it best, "milk is for babies".

I love this logic "milk is for babies" lol, now apply it to fruits and vegetables:

Who is an apple for? The apple tree didn't make an apple for you, the fruit is there to feed the apple seed.  etc etc. Apply this logic to any fruit or vegetable and you will see you are just a sicko eating other living organisms' reproductive systems. gross

Now read on a carnivore diet, and you'll want to try that, as as they make compelling arguments too.

Humans are omnivores.  Cut out sugar and processed crap, keep calories in check with goals, and you should be fine.
