I have actually been training legs twice a week as well since I got back from snowboarding but no one seems to notice or want to argue about that. The more I train the stronger I get the better my physique looks not that complicated

Again the Strict curl is clearly defined by multiple powerlifting organizations they even have contest and events and recognized world records and guess what it always involves a wall behind you doing a cheat curl in a strict manner doesn’t make it a strict curl. I didn’t make the definitions or the rules you are welcome to look them up. But you just keep arguing that a clearly defined lift isn’t real and that you know a different more proper Wes definition like a fucking moron. If you think I can’t do a standing barbell curl with 150lbs then you clearly don’t understand mechanics and physics it is absolutely more difficult with a wall behind you everyone who has ever done both knows that but instead of trying it and finding out for yourself you just want to argue for 50 pages from a place of ignorance. 
One thing that I understand completely is that you can`t do a strict curl with 150 pounds without leaning against a fucking wall for support............if you do it,I`ll even allow you to do your super sloppy fast negative....it`s impossible in your case anyway.

I never said I was going to be 350lbs I said I would like to be 350lbs. My weight goes up and down because the human body is not designed to eat the exact same amount of calories everyday. Do you think our ancestors ate the exact same calories and carbs and fats and protein everyday or do you think it varied depending on the hunt and the season. Animals will go a day or 2 without food then eat a ton of food the 3rd day then digest for 2 days yet somehow modern humans have been convinced  you have to eat the exact same amount of calories everyday it’s nonsense. Eating a big meal or an extra meal the day after a heavy workout is a good thing not a bad thing. Your stomach is meant to expand your body is meant to eat large meals and slowly digest them. You are not supposed to be running on 1/8th of a tank empty all the time looming for the next gas station it’s ok to fill up occasionally.

Not every standing curl is cheat curl
There is no such thing as a standing strict curl by definition a strict curl is against the wall now obviously you can do a curl standing and try not to use any momentum and stay as upright as possible but it still isn’t a strict curl your body will absolutely find a way to cheat which is why by definition it is a cheat curl without the wall. I am not just posting random lifts by getbig challenge if you think it is harder to do without a wall by all means try it and find out it’s a lot easier

A cheat curl is it's own thing where you go heavier than usual, knowing you're deliberately going to be swinging your body to help force it up.
A standard standing curl your deliberately using enough weight to not have to swing your body, so it is stricter.
So to be as strict as possible standing freely you absolutely couldn't use the same weight as you could braced against a wall. But as someone else mentioned you could never judge a free standing curl and call it strict as you couldn't judge how much movement is allowed.
On a different note where has your post explaining your knee ops gone and why the trt for so long and from so young. You never answer that.

You could not be more wrong and you would understand that in an instant if you tried it. Obviously when doing a standing barbell curl you can try to move as little as possible but as you said its as possible it is not strict your body is absolutely going to move some without the wall. It is absolutely much more difficult with a wall. Why do I have to argue with you idiots about it for 50 pages when you could try it and find out in 30 seconds you couldn't be more wrong but you just want to argue out of ignorance. By definition no wall it's a cheat curl whether you swing your butt and back a foot or just lean back an inch it's not strict and it is much much easier.
