If you think I can’t do a standing barbell curl with 150lbs then you clearly don’t understand mechanics and physics it is absolutely more difficult with a wall behind you everyone who has ever done both knows that but instead of trying it and finding out for yourself you just want to argue for 50 pages from a place of ignorance.
One thing that I understand completely is that you can`t do a strict curl with 150 pounds without leaning against a fucking wall for support............if you do it,I`ll even allow you to do your super sloppy fast negative....it`s impossible in your case anyway.
No bending,heaving,or legs involved....you cannot do it.......PERIOD.
