We know a cheat curl is easier, using body momentum. The debate is strict against wall or free standing.
I assumed against the wall is harder but to bring in no kind of thrusting or momentum it would make sense piundage actually drops to make it as strict as possible free standing.
Genuinely interested, i don't want to 1 rep max my biceps so please do a vid showing your 150lb curl free standing and against the wall
Again it’s not my job to explain how a strict curl is harder than a cheat curl anyone of you could simply try it and find out it instead let’s argue about something none of you apparently have tried for 20 pages and I can rep 155lbs that is not going to be a heavy press for me but regardless you will all claim my lift isn’t perfect no matter what I do
