I just enjoy it.  Its the best part of the day.   I blast the heavy metal and just have a good time with it.  Its like a kid being in the playground .

Hour and 45 minutes of cardio - mix of assault bike, air runner, sorinex inertia wave, jump rope, step ups, ski mill, etc.

Paused close grip bench 3x5

All remaining excercises done for one set to failure in 20 rep range with one drop set
Concentration curl

Didn't lift today.

Wednesdays are off days.

I did legs and abs yesterday.

Squats, lunges, leg extensions, ham curls (standing of course) and weighted crunches with bicycles.

Wouldn't mountain biking put stress on your tendons not to mention your bleeding anus?

Seems like it would be better to rest.

What is the frame size on your mountain bike. It seems too tall for your height. Maybe it is just the angle of the photo throwing it off.
