Yes - so its 5 x each arm.

Simple movement - put DB on floor in front of you - pick it up - press overhead.

Weight is actually the same despite not lifting or supplementing and I thought I was eating less was trying to give tendons a break not sure if it was long enough to be honest but going to train later today still working my first coffee

That's the point!!!   Turn that sonic speed, ferocity, and relentless energy and anger into the weights and training.  If I don't have my headphones, I leave.   Can't train to the standard I have without that ferocious assault on my senses blasting throughout the workout.

Barbell Curls - 4 X 12,10,8,15 pyramidding up in wt. each set,then dropping wt. on the last set
Seated Hammer Curls - 4 X 12  constant wt.,45 seconds rest period between sets

Super-Set:
{Wrist Curls- 4 X failure
{Reverse Wrist Curls - 4 X failure

Dude,I feel like ripping the stereo system in our gym right out of the wall..........crappy music that completely sucks which actually does make me feel like throwing up or actually killing the gym attendant.  LOL  ;D

I love Black Sabbath.  They are the Godfathers of Metal.   The funny thing, their best tunes are barely known by most.  The deep tracks on their first 5 albums are solid fng mofo gold.
