I am doing great I am actually lifting regularly and getting stronger meanwhile you guys just hate hell everyone of you could have challenged yourselves and posted a strict curl maybe you are all stronger than me after all but no you are all too much of a bunch of pussies to try. And you guys keep talking about squats by all means post some squats post some kind of lift anything you guys just talk shit and say I am weak when we haven't seen a damn thing out of any of you. At least Matt posted his half reps I rate him higher than all of you I bet he would have posted a decent strict curl or at least tried
I do challenge myself....every day. I asked you to do some legless rope climbs. You refused to take the challenge.
1) it doesn't involve the knees like you were complaining about
2) It takes a lot of bicep strength....which you are claiming you have a lot of
3) It takes a lot of grip strength...which you say you have from your world title run in wrestling
4) It takes a lot of core stability...which you say you beat me on.
