SC uses weights in a rapid format that most people can't use in a regular slow session.
Doing 100 reps of 315 on the DL, or a 100 reps of snatches with a 90lb dumbbell, all with minimal rest, is not something many can do.
He would get no additional benefit from the traditional, slow, muscle and fitness workouts you do.
