I already posted it this is a fully extended arm holding an ez curl bar you don’t have to hyper extend the elbow idiot go on keep telling me I am doing everything wrong I am worried about qualifying for the Olympia this year not Haters

Are you kidding? Do you care to compare your core? What I do puts more stress and works the core better than all that nonsense SC does for 3 hours bear crawling across the gym. Lifting heavy weights is absolutely an effective core workout the abs stabilize everything. I am 223lbs and this is my midsection today after 2 bacon sandwiches and 5 sausage links because I trained heavy last night. So yes absolutely I feel qualified to talk about core training. I also use the belt at heavy max singles not on working sets

1) You have no clue what the term 'core' actually means

2) eating your shirt and showing your abs doesn't mean you have a strong 'core'

3) what number of reps is the limiting point of you counting the ACTUAL number of reps.

You aren't qualified because you are a walking injury

The original excuse was that I grabbed a misleading frame from the video but he seems to have abandoned that line of inquiry.

With a curl bar held in the front no absolutely not again you have no idea what you are talking about I have been training with the 7x world champ and I have competed in an event. They say the first command when they have determined you are fully extended and yea absolutely that is fully extended. By all means go get that kind of bar and show me you extending your arms more with 50lbs and your back against a wall and the bar in front of your legs you can’t because you have never done a strict curl don’t know the rules don’t understand the mechanics and have no idea wtf you are talking about but carry on do tell me more about how to do with your 16 inch pythons maybe explain how the negative is part of the movement or a belt is cheating or how my shoulders are not supposed to move fucking idiot.
