Because he wouldn`t move the bar one single inch and would probably snap his spine trying.

He knows he can`t do it.....the organization founder made it easy because he was good at doing 3/4 ballistic reps with zero negative portion of the exercise.

Next year the Arnold all you guys are proving is you don't lift and my buddy is not the founder of any organization where do you get this stuff?

Because I don't need to if you don't think the wall is harder you are just an idiot who doesn't know what a strict curl is and certainly has never tried one

I don’t know anything about strict curl. I admit I can’t do it.

But getbig is a bodybuilding board, I am an IFBB pro, I have never seen anyone standing barbell curls with 150 lbs, no against wall, no body swinging, no cheating with momentum, not even IFBB pros.

I sincerely wish to see how you can standing barbell curl 150 lbs.

Since I know it is all about the trophy to you check out this nice trophy you get if you win the Olympia from USA Powerlifting looks pretty damn legit to me
Who cares if it`s nice or not,you`re not gonna` win it....you`ll be lucky to get a participation certificate from a computers printer.

Winning a trophy means that you have won or placed top 5, so yes it means something more than just a participation award just so they can collect another entry fee from saps like you.

You got a 3 foot trophy for taking 4 out 4 in the local munckin division. If I even compete at the Olympia it is a bigger accomplishment.

For me it is about the training and strength and size and power gains anyway I know I will get stronger as I am more motivated and following a training program with this

Again I find it shocking getbig thinks lifting heavy weights and bodybuilding are not the same thing. Its like dudes thinking BJJ, Sambo, Judo, Greco, Freesytle are all different things they are just different names and styles for the same fucking thing. Lifting heavy shit and getting big are two sides to the same fucking coin
