I am still in my 20s,29 to be exact. I am not old or fat and out of shape. But keep making assumptions because you are in denial about your current poor life choices.

Decided to just use 20iu each meal 3 times a day. 20iu today post breakfast 1, 20 pre lunch, and 20 pre dinner, only used pre diner yesterday weight is actually up a few pounds already. Won't take again as last dosage was at 7:30 seems to be helping stomach feel better and empty faster. Do not do this if you eat like a bird

It is open water to the ocean from my house. I am off the albemarle Sound Not a lake. I have taken my boat island hoping in Hawaii it is not a pontoon boat. The pool is concrete and salt water with a sand filtration system. So you are wrong on all points.

Well I have been throwing up bile all morning so not reallt eating much yet today. Was doing great yesterday but woke up with undigested food and had reflux now stomach is on fire just threw up a 3rd time in the bushes. But hopefully will settle and start pounding food soon. But yeah my body won’t let me overeat and get fat it is a struggle

Good for you!  This begs the quextion, with such an otherwise excellent life, why are you trying to kill yourself with such foolish and ego feeding choices?  You have a good physique, albeit somewhat offset by a cranium that has it's own gravitational pull that probably influences at the least, the local tides.  I don't get it.  Maybe the pull of your ego is even more powerful than even your cranial gravity?

Not nearly so strange as an adult male behaving in a decidedly juvenile manner.  I like bodybuilding, I just loathe what it has become in the last few decades. 

And no.  I do  not desire to "throw hands" with you.  If you ever tried it, I would merely throw you in jail.  Well...Not me personally but even you should understand my meaning.  I have been in your area of our Nation.  You may well be a good person in person.

It is real simple anyone with Gerd and barrets could explain it but if I go to bed and lie down horizontal with too much undigested food in my stomach the acid works it's way up into my hiatal hernia and I throw up in the morning. I do not have a valve between my stomach and esophougous. It is not rocket science. Once the stomach and esophogous is irritated from throwing up acid it takes half a day to calm back down. Not sure why you think this is some wild story I would make up to entertain you. It is upsetting as went to bed 230 woke up 225 and have now puked and not eaten my way back down to 220lbs. But food is cooking now

Dude how are you able to eat all that food? Having IBS and Chronic Hep B I eat like a bird but still average around 12-15 bowel movements a day.

It’s not easy and I am not eating much today as pushed it too hard yesterday and stomach is in revolt today. I also use a hemp based product to combat nausea and stomach pain and digestive cramps and to increase my appetite. But also a reason I eat what I think I can keep down 

Honestly the biggest pain in the ass is that coffee which I love destroys my stomach way too acidic I still have a cup a day but if I have more I usually have stomach and intestional pain all day its like instant ulcer pain
