It’s a cliché to say, but he’s very young and doesn’t grasp the meaning of health and its general fragility. As well, and worse, he is on an andro rush. He feels invincible, driven and on a mission.
Well said, as always, mate.
I wish someone close to the lad is routinely reminding him that one's tolerance for all of these drugs isn't readily apparent until it's too fucking LATE. By the time someone knows he can't make it to the top or fails to do so, he's a goner.
The real trouble with some of these poor blokes is when they DO get within spitting distance of the big titles and keep pushing even after they are already sick (Flex), losing their edge (Nasser), etc. They can't accept that irreparable damage was done until they are dead or crippled.
Walker has enough muscle and he always competes in a very lean, dry condition. However, his body is ugly. He has a very long torso, wide waist, short wingspan, his legs are bowed and short, and his pecs are weak. Piling lots of extra size atop that stinkbug-looking structure will probably keep him relegated to top three status at best.
If I'm wrong, and he wins an Olympia -- more power to him. Just the same, if that happens, I hope he'll follow the examples set by prior champs who knew when to said "fuck off" to waddling about as a giant.
