Joswift is a real, hardcore competitive bodybuilder. He very much knows his shit and can get in incredible shape with relative ease. Short of health issues that might have sidelined him, are you sure he pulled out?

I had vertigo and shingles for three weeks, I still have pain from the shingles and havent trained for around a month

I am going to compete in November (NABBA UK) at the last qualifier for the 2023 NABBA Britain in June next year.

I think after that I will hang up the thong and do something productive with the rest of my life.

I certainly wont be wasting my time posting photos here for a washed up woman beater who would look at my photos through the bottom of a soda bottle and critique them.

Yeah he said April 15th he was going to be in better shape than me and post pics it is now May and I still don't think he is even training. Last pic I saw of him a couple weeks ago he was covered in Shingles and looked like he never worked out a day in his life. So no I don't believe he can get in incredible shape with relative ease at this point. I believe he is hateful because he isn't in any kind of shape anymore. The pic before that he was with a puppy and again looked like he never worked out a day in his life. So fuck no he isn't a real hardcore bodybuilder at this point he is a soft old guy now remembering the good old days when he was in shape and talking shit to people still living them just like the rest of this fucking board.
