If i train serious than this:
Legs
triceps+Chest (No Bench pressing, if i do than first chest than trizeps)
back+Biceps
off
Legs
Abs+Chest
off
REPEAT
Stretching 4 times a day.
Normally no shoulder training, maybe from time to time on a off day and mostly back shoulder.
Chest day is often times 2- 2,5 ours long. (sometimes longer)
back+Biceps is 1-2,5 ours
Legs 50min.-130min.
If overtrained, it usually happens after 4-6 month, i rest for a week or two than start with lighter training again.
Sometimes i eat a light meal between sets (after ca. 2 ours, only carbs, usually on chest day)
