Small weddings are the way to go. Had 300 people in ours back in 1989, freaking shit-show.
(2 large Italian families)... Brutal.

Only good thing was the 10K in money-gifts (was a lot at the time) helped us buy our 1st house.

I trained legs today.  Pretty basic.  Extensions, presses, lying curls, stiff legs and 2 different machine variations of calf raises.  Walked my dog for 45 minutes and did 30 minutes on the treadmill.

A repeat of an earlier high rep dip session yesterday. 1 min rest between sets, 2 minutes between every 5th set

Wasn't an excuse. If I were younger I'd do just about anything to be able to squat. At 50, it's not a priority.
