Laying leg raises, do them slower, put the hands on the abs and feel everything contract and stretch properly, its well hard enough after 20 reps or so.

There is nothing wrong with strengthening the abdominal wall especially at 67 years of age.

Bhankys belittling of leg raises came about as my abs were better than his at 57 years old compared to his today at only 45 years of age.

Dumbell pullovers 6 sets 6 reps at 110lbs
Inverted rows 6 sets 10 reps at bodyweight
Sit ups 5 sets 30 reps
Dead hangs

Took around 30 mins again

JM Press (light)

At 145lbs your abs should be better than a 225lb man

I did lunges in the gym with kettle balls then burpees and jumping jacks followed by assault bike, battle ropes and Kegel Killers

It going good mate heart has recovered really well ejection fraction is up from 35% to 55% and blood clot in heart has gone I got confirmation letter just yesterday I’ll attach below mate

Yeah, just lowering 135 lbs w/ out hurts. This gets it past that point. But "mid to lockout" is still pretty strong where it no longer comes into play.
Trying to hold some strength while this thing heals. Probably not smart, but whatever...

Before the injury 4-months back, I did 345 raw for a single, and 405 w/ the slingshot. But Im not going to attempt anything like that until healed.

Front squats - 4x6 superset Wide lat pulldowns - 4x12-15
Leg curls - 3x8-12
Bench press - 4x6 and 1x12 superset Double db rows - 4x10-12
Seated behind neck press - 4x15 superset Db shrugs - 4x15
3-way db curl - 1x30
1 leg calf raise - 2 sets max reps
