You guys say it is gay to post photos online then ask for photos my stomach is flat as flat can be. I eat food during the day that is not the same as a gut. My waist is 34 inches in the am and would be 32 in the afternoon if I did a half day fast. But yes I have a digestive disease some days when eating I can get some gas and bloat for a couple hours you can’t get 19 inch arms eating starvation rations and maintaining a 28 inch waist you have to eat to add size. You can always then lean back out your arms don’t disappear

well I am going to be on true trt not what some call trt.My test was at 290 after 2 years off.That was actually in range but at the bottom of it.Felt like doo doo for the last year.
So let me get this now my arm isn't 19 inches unless I can show it taped at 20? How fucking dumb it that. I actually stated previously I cant even get a proper flex after my arm workouts. It's kind of like legs you can't flex them hard unless they are rested. Maybe if I switch back to volume but my current arm training program leavs me unable to fully flex the arm for about 3 days.

yes rob that’s why I got off . 100 mil a week then and now.Doc says be diligent about donating blood and staying hydrated and taking an aspirin and we will keep an eye on it.
