What does 7 days natty even mean? Since last injection? I’m sure thanks to their half-lives, they’re still floating around in his blood.
before7 days natty, imagine what hes going to look like in 6 months
its takes about 3 months to even notice a difference depending on dosage
He'll never be "natty" again, and he's surely still pinning himself. What's that supposed to prove?
Just to make people feel bad for him and think he’s a great man for owning up to his mistakes. Then they all buy more of his supplements cause he’s a wonderful guy and he makes even more money.
Fasting for sure is the ticket, I do a 3 day fast every 2 months, and it does wonders, look how flat his stomach is after 1 day..and no way will he be natty ever again.
You go without food for 72 hours? What liquids are you intaking?
I fast everyday for 12 hours while I sleep.
The dude became addicted to social media, he posts all day long, has a video guy living on site, he's over saturated, his shtick is getting old, he's trying so hard to reinvent himself, dude should just chill with his family, get off the internet, and enjoy life.
I have trouble going 3 hours without eating. (Small meals).3 days? Wow...
I do 16:8 intermittent fasting now and then for a few months at a time and tbh don't enjoy the bloat feeling each meal. I suppose a 3 day fast is better but I just can't go into Auschwitz mode for 3 days.
thats called skipping breakfast , about 40% of the world does that
Look into it, it's life changing, you won't lose muscle, if you're a bodybuilder you will absolutely benefit from it, free growth hormone, free stem cells is all I needed to hear to try this out.
I definitely will. I knew about the GH boosting up to 1250% after a 40 days on 16:8 and better sleep quality - why I initially tried it rather than any other reason, tbh. Thanks I'll see if there's a big difference in benefits. It sounds like there probably will be. I think on the 16:8 there is also some benefit with 'recovery' cells which were mentioned but I didn't really investigate. Your method will undoubtedly be more beneficial - but I'd have to weigh it up.Thanks, again.
