What does 7 days natty even mean? Since last injection? I’m sure thanks to their half-lives, they’re still floating around in his blood.

its takes about 3 months to even notice a difference depending on dosage

Yeah, let’s see 7 months natty. He’d wither away and look like a scrawny bum. He’s too vain for that though. High dosed TRT is what he’ll end up doing, but he’ll claim he’s just taking enough to restore his natural levels or some bullshit. I pray for his death every night

He'll never be "natty" again, and he's surely still pinning himself. What's that supposed to prove?

Fasting for sure is the ticket, I do a 3 day fast every 2 months, and it does wonders, look how flat his stomach is after 1 day..and no way will he be natty ever again.

Just to make people feel bad for him and think he’s a great man for owning up to his mistakes. Then they all buy more of his supplements cause he’s a wonderful guy and he makes even more money.

For sure, waiting for the clueless "oh even natural he still looks great! He never really needed juice to be big and shredded!".

The dude became addicted to social media, he posts all day long, has a video guy living on site, he's over saturated, his shtick is getting old, he's trying so hard to reinvent himself, dude should just chill with his family, get off the internet, and enjoy life.

That influencer King is way too insecure to let people see him natural, he rather die for us.  Like Piana.

You go without food for 72 hours?  What liquids are you intaking?

Yes I've been doing this for over a year now, look into the benefits of prolonged fasting,  some to Name a few..increase growth hormone production, increase stem cell production, immune system strengthening,  autagraphy. I drink water and add in Redmond real salt in it.

I fast everyday for 12 hours while I sleep.

X2. When you reach a certain figure money wise: just sit back and retire. This guy could be legit spending his time reading 18th Century French literature or some random shit to expand his mind; maybe learning a new language whilst tinkering away at his own personal steel/woodcraft barn and taking a dip in the ocean/pool to finish off his day. What a fucking asshole.

I do 16:8 intermittent fasting now and then for a few months at a time and tbh don't enjoy the bloat feeling each meal. I suppose a 3 day fast is better but I just can't go into Auschwitz mode for 3 days.

Look into it, it's life changing, you won't lose muscle, if you're a bodybuilder you will absolutely benefit from it, free growth hormone, free stem cells is all I needed to hear to try this out.

LOL. I haven't skipped breakfast on a non-fast day since I was a kid in the gym. To go from eating every 3-4 hours to last meal at 10pm and next one at 2pm next day is not skipping breakfast in my books. That's skipping 3-4 meals and it's a big difference.

1am meal gone, 9am meal, 12pm meal all out the window.

I definitely will. I knew about the GH boosting up to 1250% after a 40 days on 16:8 and better sleep quality - why I initially tried it rather than any other reason, tbh. Thanks I'll see if there's a big difference in benefits. It sounds like there probably will be. I think on the 16:8 there is also some benefit with 'recovery' cells which were mentioned but I didn't really investigate. Your method will undoubtedly be more beneficial - but I'd have to weigh it up.

Thanks, again.
