One thing I gotta give props too is the guy is maintaining very low digit body fat levels 24/7, while training his ass off, dude is very functional, heavy compound lifting, lots of cardio, super active lifestyle...you gotta admit that's impressive as fuck. Compared to bodybuilders in contest prep doing an hour of fasted cardio, laying on the couch all day, then a pump/high volume workout at some point later in the day, crying about how hard prep is. Both are on drugs, so what's the difference between the two, it's obvious his diet is giving him the capabilites to keep up his training/active lifestyle.
